Bad Girls prize package giveaway at the end of this post!!!!!!!!! for those of you who don't want to read my little life story below!!!!

I was on a vacation road trip from the end of June to the beginning of July! 15 days traveling and visiting family from Michigan to Washington - we had a blast!!!!!!!! and such wonderful weather!! this was the longest stretch dear hubby has been gone from the dairy and I am so thankful we have such wonderful employees to keep everything running super smooth!! Only bad news>>> my camera card is corrupted with most of my vacation pictures! I can see them on my camera , I can even see the corrupted photo ~ but I can't dowload them. So as soon as I get a spare moment I will fix that! but no pictures to show for now!

Came home to more family visiting us!!!! Rudolf's parents and an Aunt and Uncle from the Netherlands are in town!! Fun times!!!

Now we are at the 4-h fair this week! Trey and Noah, my older 2 boys are showing little dairy feeders - only 488 and 512 pounds, respectively! I am such a proud, proud Mom though! My Trey took 1st place in showmanship - which is such a huge accomplishment for him!!!! I will have pictures up next week when we are officially "Home"

Since leaving for our trip my diet has crumbled, crumbled, crumbled - it's hard to lose control over what you feed yourself - which happens when you visit family - too much food, too much drink, and too much dessert!!!! This is the longest I have gone without a good break to detox myself and WOW - can I tell you I feel like a floating log!!!! My skin is bleck and I basically drag out of bed every morning, not quite alert..kind of foggy on and off, I am sleepy during the day to the point where I want so badly to just grab a little cat nap!!! Man the american diet just sucks the life out of you!!!! So stay tuned to me back on the good real food and I can't wait to break out of this horrid way of living!!!!!!!

Also just did a little experiment of sorts....of the female variety that I can not wait to share with the world -more haunting details on that later too!! I feel like the tv show host always saying and we will get to that AFTER THE BREAK!!!! sorry!
